CELEBRATING THIS WOMEN'S DAY

Today is very special day. All across globe 8th march is celebrated as International women’s day with a proper theme in order to make women walk parallel to this world. Theme for 2022 women’s day is ‘gender equality today for sustainable tomorrow’. women and girls are really vulnerable to climate change as they suffers the most during crisis. Therefore without gender equality today sustainable future is almost impossible to achieve. Today, Gender equality is unique, powerful and the most promising tool to tackle adverse climate change. Sadly, gender equality is still a far cry at informal work place; more than 95% of women are informal workers. We all know the condition of later one, no job security, intensive work, low income etc. are extremely problematic yet their (women) deserving work don’t get the credit and importance.

CELEBRATING ANOTHER WAY

It’s unfortunate this day just move and talk around women only, which is at some extent true but in my opinion gender equality can’t be achieved alone. Because celebrating achievements and creating awareness is really essential, on the other hand what’s more important is to actively engage and teach male right values and behavior. And things which are inappropriate as well as unacceptable. Because the male dominance and aggressions is the significant element causing gender disparity. Hence it’s important to teach responsibilities and duties among youth so that they learn right values.

AN APPEAL

Finally, I would sincerely request you that today do pay humble gratitude to ladies who effortlessly support, sacrifice their needs for your growth and pride. Let’s take a small step for making this world safer, kinder and equal place, Where without gender difference everyone get’s opportunity to realize their dream. Come together bring back another wheel (female) which has been struggling from past to make contribution in our growth. Let’s make this world equal.
